LowUniqueBidAuction.com is an independent auction site that supplies its members with a medium for use as a low unique bid auction site.
Any member that uses the site does so at their own discretion. LowUniqueBidAuction.com can not be held responsible for any matters that arise from the use of the site.
All bidders should be aware that it is their responsibility to use the site in a way and at a level that they can manage and be aware of the monetary implications of their bids.
All LUBA Credits bought in LowUniqueBidAuction.com are for the placing of bids in the auctions, they are non transferable and non-refundable.
LUBA Credits can not be converted to cash.
Any bidder making false claims regarding non-deliver of items or quality of items delivered, won in an auction lot will have their LowUniqueBidAuction.com.com membership account deleted and forfeit any LUBA Credits in that account.
LowUniqueBidAuction.com.com reserves the right under certain circumstances to offer a cash alternative to the item in the auction Lot.
The cash alternative will not be greater than 70% of the value of the item in the auction Lot
LowUniqueBidAuction.com.com reserves the right to extend the auction end date without prior notice.
Definitions;
Auction Lot; An Auction as laid down by the rules of LowUniqueBidAuction.com.com.
Auction Item; The item specified in any single Auction Lot as laid down by the rules of LowUniqueBidAuction.com.com
Auction Bid Cost; The cost in LUBA Credits of placing a single bid in a auction.
Bidder; A person who is a registered member of LowUniqueBidAuction.com.com and submits a bid.
Bid; The act of submitting a bid amount
Bid Amount; The amount a bidder submits as a bid for an item in an Auction Lot. This is submitted in Euro Cents. Example 2 Euro 21 Cents =221
Bid Cost; The cost in LUBA Credits for the placing of a single or multiple bids (Spread bid) in any particular auction.
Multiple Bids; A bid that covers all amounts in a specific range as determined by the bidder.
Winning Bid; The bid that is the lowest unique bid or in the event that there is no lowest unique bid the bid that is the first bid that is the lowest bid with the least number of bids.
Lowest Unique bid; The lowest bid that is the only bid at that amount.
Unique but not Lowest; A bid that is the only bid at that amount but is not the lowest bid.
Not Unique; A bid that has multiple bidders at that amount,
Auction End date; The date a specific auction ends as displayed on that auction Lot
